My mission is to renew working life and my passion is to help companies by being better, more capable and braver tomorrow than they are today.
I have several years of experience in business and HR management and development. I have been involved in a wide range of change projects, where my own focus has been especially on renewing leadership and corporate culture. I worked for over 10 years as a recruitment consultant and area manager in the HR services industry, after which I have worked as an in-house HR in the energy sector and most recently as an HR manager in logistics.
During my career, I have made almost a thousand recruitments and studied the effects of the applicant experience on the employer image. Producing an excellent customer and candidate experience and finding the best candidates for each organization’s corporate culture is close to my heart.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
