Työhistoriani painottuu vahvasti julkissektoriin. Olen toiminut pitkään kuntaomisteisten palvelukeskusten toimitusjohtajana ja tässä roolissa päässyt aitiopaikalta seuraamaan niitä monia murroksia, joiden keskellä eri organisaatiot tällä hetkellä elävät. Minulla on vahva kokemus mm. ulkoistuksista, yritysfuusioista ja erilaisten digitalisaatioon liittyvien muutosprosessien sekä strategioiden läpivienneistä.
Olen parhaimmillani suurten kokonaisuuksien hahmottamisessa ja johtamisessa. Ja mitä haastavampi on tilanne, sitä rauhallisempi olen. Minulla on vahva positiivinen ihmiskäsitys ja uskon ihmisen jatkuvaan kasvuun ja kehittymiseen. Haluan olla huomenna parempi versio itsestäni.
Minulla on vahva halu auttaa asiakkaitamme ja hakijoitamme kohtaamaan ja löytämään toinen toisensa.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
