We support leaders in transition situations with our “New Path for Leaders” – Executive Outplacement concept. Our coaching starts with an initial assessment. In a deep interview, we explore the leader’s personal overall situation and future goals, aiming to understand the value base guiding decision-making and achieving the person’s holistic well-being.
Through discussions, personal assessments, and other methods supporting the individual’s strengths, we identify the leader’s strengths and motivation and find a new direction. This forms a strong foundation for the job search process, which we support from start to finish with simulated job interviews, our own networking events, LinkedIn optimization, and CV refinement. A dedicated SAM coach supports you throughout the entire process. Together we will find the best new direction.
What is outplacement?
Outplacement refers to services that support dismissed leaders or employees in re-employment. The goal is to help them find a new job or career direction as quickly and smoothly as possible. The outplacement process usually starts with an initial assessment to understand the employee’s situation and needs, allowing for a tailored coaching program.
Practical measures include career coaching, personal assessments, job interview practice, as well as CV and LinkedIn profile optimization. Additionally, there may be networking events and other resources that support job searching. Outplacement services provide comprehensive support that helps leaders and employees find a new direction in their careers, while also reducing the stress and uncertainty caused by dismissal.
