We form a team based on the position and industry expertise

I have extensive experience in business development, restructuring, and change management, as well as changes in organizational structures across various industries. Defining visions, strategic work, clarifying customer promises, defining job descriptions, creating offerings, assortment management, and inventory turnover have been the main tasks in several contexts. Over the past ten years, I have also gained knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as related arrangements and integration phases.
International business, especially in the retail and service sectors, but also in other sectors, is very familiar to me. I have worked in both publicly listed companies and family businesses, including as CEO, sales director, COO, and chain director, as well as through board work with strategic planning both nationally and internationally.
Since 2019, I have worked exclusively with executive search and recruitment processes. I have had assignments in, among others, the finance, logistics, industrial, food, energy, construction, and real estate sectors. I have found board members, CEOs, business, finance, customer, sales, and marketing directors, as well as several different area managers and supervisors for key positions in client companies.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
