I have over 20 years of experience in leading growth companies as a CEO, as well as several years in sales management. I have led the internationalization of Finnish companies for over ten years, during which I have recruited hundreds of commercial professionals in Europe, Asia, and North America.

My industry experience covers particularly SaaS, events, and media business, as well as various expert organizations. I have served on boards both in Finland and internationally, and I firmly believe that good leadership, a clear strategy, and hiring the right people create the foundation for sustainable growth. In addition, I am a regular member of YLE AamuTV’s “Jälkidigi” section, I write non-fiction books, and I coach professionals on sales and leadership in energy matters.

Since 2023, I have been working as a headhunter, and now I help my clients identify and attract key people who can help their business take the next leap in growth.
