I value competence and expertise. My own key competencies are aviation, travel and service industry. I am also familiar with digital development and the challenges of Startup and the ecosystems. My network covers various industries and individuals in Finland, the Nordics and internationally. I am also used to working on joint projects between public and private sectors. My strength is building trust and commitment, also within the organization.

I am operational and development oriented. It is important for me to seek and create synergies, implement strategy and achieve goals. I live in Finland, the Nordics is my home territory, and I am also active in the Europe, USA och Middle East. I follow actively international developments and changes in the business environment. Understanding and respect the cultural and generational differences is important for me.

I am humbly proud of the achieved results and the feedback I have received as a superior, advisor, board member and as part of the work community. Success requires experience, competence and commitment as well as the ability to adapt and learn new things.
