We form a team based on the position and industry expertise
I have several years of experience in HR management positions (Lassila&Tikanoja, Posti Corporation/Transval) as well as in resource, production planning and project management positions (L&T, Suomen Lähikauppa) and in leading large change projects.
I am a strongly business- and result-oriented HR and personnel resourcing specialist. Change orientation and change management, process-like thinking and understanding of IT architectures are my characteristics. Strategic planning and its implementation, P&L expertise, goal-setting and performance management are my absolute strengths. My heart goes back to the development of applicant and personnel experience and leadership.

For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
