When we needed to recruit a new Head of HR, cooperation with SAM proved to be a good solution. The executive search process was carried out efficiently. With weekly reporting and other active communication, I always had up-to-date information about the status of the recruitment project and the attractiveness of the position. Through SAM, we quickly got an Interim Director to take over the acute HR issues. This allowed me to focus on my own tasks as the new CEO. While the executive search was ongoing, this experienced Interim Director was able to prepare preliminary plans for his successor on a strategic level. As a result, HR functions continued seamlessly towards employees. The orientation of the new HR Director was also handled smoothly by the Interim Director, which enabled an efficient and productive start to the position.
