I bring over 25 years of international leadership experience, with a strong focus on business performance and talent-driven growth. My career spans senior executive roles across German-speaking Europe (DACH), where I served as CEO for country subsidiaries of global companies. In these roles, I led strategic transformations in sales, customer experience, finance, and distribution channels — consistently delivering results in complex and competitive markets.

My deep understanding of the DACH region is built on hands-on leadership in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, supported by roles in global hubs such as London (International Marketing Director) and Singapore (Business Development). I’ve also worked closely with CEOs and boards as an advisor, participated in post-merger integrations, and supported corporate restructuring and business development for international investment firms.
In the Telecom and IT sectors, I have been directly involved in recruiting and building high-performing leadership teams. I’ve led several executive and middle management searches and driven organizational change across multinational environments. This has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to identify, attract, and retain top talent in culturally nuanced markets like Germany.
