I have a strong background in B2B sales and its management in both domestic and international operating environments. As Sales Director, Marketing Director and Account Manager, I have built several top sales teams over the years. Part of my current professional identity is coaching and consulting, which I have been able to carry out for almost seven years supporting Finnish and international companies. 

 

I have worked in several industries such as travel, aviation, sports and security. Part of my professional identity is coaching and consulting, and I have been working now for almost 5 years with international Finnish companies.

 

Through sharpening and implementing the strategy and, in particular, improving the capabilities of key personnel and supervisors, I have also learned a lot about developing and shaping companies’ business in the desired direction. My heart is especially warmed by the world-class customer experience.

I believe in interaction and cooperation between people and in the power of networks. Together as entrepreneurs we are more!

We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
