I am an expert in management consulting and strategy implementation, and I have worked in sales, project management and strategy work. My special expertise is the design and construction of sales organizations and processes.

I have gained experience in consulting and IT, where I have worked in sales and sales management positions. As a consultant, I have worked especially in the manufacturing process industry and the energy industry. 

I’m fascinated by implementing change in organizations. Change can be achieved either by doing something different or by finding new people to promote change. At SAM, I help my clients find people in their organization who not only meet the current requirements of the position, but also help take the organization to the next level.
