I am a strong fit for a wide range of executive search assignments thanks to my experience on both the client and service-provider sides. Throughout my career, I have spent more than 20 years working as a CEO or Business Unit Director. Prior to that, I held roles as Client Director, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and Project Leader. Recruiting, HR, team building, and employer branding have been core responsibilities for me for most of my professional life.

My network and expertise are particularly strong in executive searches focused on marketing, communication, sales, and media. Through long-term and in-depth client work, I have also developed broad industry knowledge across retail, FMCG, healthcare, automotive, and several industrial B2B sectors. In addition, I have led and contributed to numerous change management initiatives and transformation projects.

One of my key strengths is my ability to quickly build close, confidential relationships with people. This allows me to gain deeper insight into candidates and more accurately assess their suitability for specific roles.
