I have broad and versatile experience in senior finance leadership roles across different business environments in Finland and internationally. Over more than 20 years, I have worked in CFO and finance leadership positions in growth companies, listed companies, and international organisations, with responsibilities including financial governance, IPOs, M&A, and complex change and transformation situations.

My expertise focuses on understanding the full financial picture, supporting decision-making, and working closely with management teams through different phases of change. I have led finance teams across the Nordics and the Baltics and collaborated closely with CEOs, executive teams, boards, and investors. My working style is analytical, calm, and practical.

My own long-standing experience working in executive and leadership positions provides a realistic perspective on what is required for success in different contexts.
