I have more than 25 years of experience in a Finnish, globally listed company, including over six years of international assignments in the United States and Italy. Over the past six years, I have been involved in founding several start-up companies and launching their operations in very comprehensive roles. My career has been built in demanding, international environments where business success is based above all on expertise, people, and well-functioning structures.

My areas of responsibility have included financial management, various aspects of business operations, sales and marketing, strategy work, the development of processes and operating models, and project management. I have also been actively involved in board work. My work has naturally operated at the interface of technology and has included consulting related to responsibility and sustainable business.

I specialize in challenging situations. I have been involved on multiple occasions in M&A transactions, post-merger integrations, and other business restructuring and transformation initiatives. Difficult situations develop not only business competence but also people skills and the ability to recognize which kinds of professionals and teams succeed under pressure. With these lessons, I believe I bring clear added value to executive search assignments and deliver recruitment solutions that genuinely support business growth.
