I have extensive experience in establishing, developing and internationalizing businesses in companies in various industries in Finland and abroad. My most extensive experience is in sales, marketing and operational director positions in the energy and investment sectors. I have also worked as a management consultant and a biogas startup entrepreneur.
My areas of expertise include the energy sector, circular economy, distribution network and stakeholder work, responsibility management, trading and investment activities. Experiences from different industries and different positions have developed the ability to perceive wholes, see the essentials, understand the needs of resourcing and the importance of communication in change management.
I believe that long work experience in various business environments and companies of different sizes gives me the strength to serve client companies to succeed in the most important thing, i.e. finding the ‘right people in the right place’.
