I have worked in result-responsible business management positions as CEO, supervisor and expert as a consultant for over 25 years. I have international experience in listed companies, family companies and expert companies. I have worked as a sparring partner for CEOs, developer of management teams and organizations, change manager and board professional.

I am at my best in demanding leadership situations, creating and implementing turn-a-round and growth strategies as well as customer- and personnel-oriented business strategies. Leading and engaging people is my strong core competence.

I have practical experience in the building services sector, as I work as a trainer in Stul’s competence development project and have trained nearly 500 electricians around Finland. My most significant HR expertise experience comes from HR4 Solutions, when I hired dozens of HR professionals, developed HR services, processes and systems together with the team to meet the needs of different customers as the CEO of a growth company.
