I have 30 years’ experience as a business leader, board member, entrepreneur, and advisor across various industries, particularly in technology and digitalization. I have played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth, executing international sales and marketing strategies, and advising companies on digital transformation. I also have extensive experience with IPOs and exit projects.
I have always had an entrepreneurial mindset, which led me co-founding successful companies, such as Digital Workforce Services Oyj. Currently, I am operating as a partner and advisor at Business Advisor Circle and holding board member roles in four companies.
In Executive Search I can bring strategic insight to BtoB sales, marketing, internationalization, digitalization and strategy consultation. With my vast network, combined with my experience in corporate governance, business strategy, and market execution, I can support companies facing growth challenges, entering new markets, or navigating digital transformation.

We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
