I have over 20 years of experience in results-driven business leadership at the core of the retail and service sectors. I have been responsible for revenues worth hundreds of millions of euros, led extensive service networks and staff groups, and carried out significant growth, renewal, and transformation projects.
Strategy work, board membership, management team work, and the selection of key personnel have been central parts of my role. My strongest industry expertise lies in grocery and consumer goods retail, tourism, hotel and restaurant operations, fuel and service station retail, department store and shopping centre business, as well as specialty goods trade.
Over the years, I have hired hundreds of professionals for various roles and built functional, high-performing teams. I quickly understand a client’s business needs and can design recruitment solutions to meet them. My working style is systematic and solution-oriented. I see recruitment as a strategic lever in business development.
In 2025, I moved into executive and expert search to help clients find the right people for growth and renewal – and to help candidates find the next impactful step in their careers.
