In autumn 2025, Tamtron Group Plc conducted two simultaneous strategic executive searches in different countries together with SAM International. The positions were CEO roles for the group’s subsidiaries in Poland and Norway, titled Director, Central and Eastern Europe & Managing Director, Poland, and Director, Scandinavia & Managing Director, Norway. Due to an organizational change, both roles included expanded regional responsibilities, placing high demands on the selected leaders. SAM International was chosen as a partner based on its international presence and its strong track record from a previous CEO search for Tamtron’s Finnish subsidiary.

The success of the project was driven by SAM’s cross-border operating model and close collaboration with the client. SAM Finland’s project lead, Hanni Pasanen, acted as a strategic partner to Tamtron’s leadership, coordinating the overall process and ensuring smooth communication. At the same time, SAM’s local consultant teams in Norway and Poland conducted the executive search and interviews with deep local market expertise.
“The collaboration between SAM’s consultants in Finland, Poland and Norway was efficient and seamless. Together, they identified a very high-quality pool of candidates. We have now reached the stage where both new CEOs have started in their roles. The candidates involved in the process also provided excellent feedback on how they were treated and kept informed throughout.
