Minulla on laaja kokemus transformaatioista, tehostusohjelmista, fuusioista ja digikehitysohjelmista sekä suurista että pienistä yrityksistä mm. CIO ja CDO/CTO –roolien kautta. Lisäksi olen matkan varrella hankkinut syvällisen osaamisen tieto- ja teknologia- fokusoituneista yrityksistä konsultointi-, johto-, neuvonantaja- ja hallitusroolien myötä.
Minulla on kokemusta tekoäly, telecom-, media-, internet-, pankki-, konsultointi-, infra-, edtech-, greentech-, logistiikka- ja vakuutustoimialoilta. Laajan toimialakokemuksen lisäksi tämä on antanut minulle erinomaiset lähtökohdat nähdä toimialarajojen yli sekä siten kyvyn tuoda uusia näkökulmia kehityshankkeissa, joissa yhdistyy kasvu ja liiketoiminnan transformaatio.
Ulkoistukset, compliance, tekoäly, SaaS ja tietoturva ovat tuttuja teemoja sekä strategisesta että operatiivisesta näkökulmasta. Headhunting näkökulmasta olen keskittynyt teknologia-, myynti-, liiketoiminta- ja hallitusrooleihin.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
