My background is in the financial sector, where I have been responsible for marketing management, development of sales channel cooperation, customer relationships and stakeholders for 10 years. In addition, I have been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of a property maintenance company for over 6 years.

 

I have been working with demanding Executive Searches for over 5 years and completed assignments in the financial, logistics, industrial, food, energy, construction and real estate sectors, not forgetting B2B services.

 

I have searched for Board Members, Managing Directors (incl. one listed company), Country, Business, Financial, Customer, Sales and Marketing Directors, several Supervisors and Managers, not forgetting international Executive Searches. In addition I have developed Interim Services and carried out interim assignments especially for CFO roles.

 

I am keen to understand the client’s organizational culture, finding the right capabilities for strategy implementation, and determine out the candidate’s competence and motivation.
