Our team

My professional background consists of leading outsourced customer service operations, managing corporate client accounts, and working in HR roles. Since 2015, I have been an entrepreneur, serving as an HR partner for SMEs as well as providing training and coaching.

I have worked at Elisa, a publicly listed company; Saarioinen, a large family-owned business; and in in-house HR roles for several SMEs. I have delivered services to companies of many different sizes and across various industries—from some of Finland’s largest corporations to SMEs—as well as to numerous public-sector organizations.

Through individual coaching, I have helped people at different organizational levels and in various industries find a new direction in their careers. Throughout my career, the common thread has been people leadership and the development of organizational and individual capabilities.

I have worked at SAM since the beginning of 2023, engaging in a wide range of tasks including sales, executive search, career transition coaching, and personnel assessments.

What matters to me is meeting every person with respect, exactly as they are. Even in executive search, I want to promote the development of a more equal and diverse working life—prioritizing skills and potential for the benefit of the client’s business.
