I am an experienced leadership sparring partner and coach with a strong strategic perspective and an HRD-oriented approach. My diverse leadership responsibilities have shaped me into a generalist in managing growth companies and a deep understander of everyday business realities. I have worked, among other roles, as Director of Business Development, HR Director, Service Director, Marketing and Communications Director, and I also work as a board professional.

I have gained industry experience especially in the energy sector, manufacturing industry, and service business. I perform at my best when helping companies in tight situations, such as growth challenges, transformation phases, and points of discontinuity. I closely follow changes in business environments, including the transformation of the energy sector, the digital-green transition, challenges of renewing industry, and public sector service structure reform. My expertise has been utilized, among other things, in modeling systemic renewal across different industries.

My working style is straightforward, systematic, efficient, and concrete, without losing sight of a strategic framework. Clients have appreciated my ability to quickly clarify, model, and prioritize even challenging situations into concrete action plans. Since autumn 2024, I have worked as a SAM Senior Advisor, helping growth companies succeed on their growth path.
