I have over two decades of international experience in senior roles within technical consulting and business development, including responsibility for business development in an organization with more than 900 employees, as well as over ten years of experience working in executive management teams. I have built, turned around, and driven growth in organizations, established new business models, and led complex transformation initiatives in technology-intensive and capital-intensive environments.

A central part of my background is more than ten years of experience building and scaling a global Engineering Excellence organization in India, in close collaboration with Nordic and European operations.

I have several years of experience in demanding Executive Search assignments and work with the recruitment of board members, CEOs, C-level executives, business, project, and functional leaders, as well as key specialists. My assignments span industry, energy, data centers, the built environment, the green transition, battery and circular economy, and B2B services, including international searches.

I combine strong business acumen with a strong people focus and a structured, analytical way of working. My strengths lie in identifying the right leadership in complex environments and in transforming challenges into concrete opportunities and long-term value creation.
