I am an internationally experienced and well-connected business executive with a strong background as CTO, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, particularly in high-tech growth companies. My expertise spans the defense and security industry, cybersecurity, telecommunications, smartphones, and system integration.

Throughout my career, I have led companies at different stages of growth – from venture capital-backed start-ups and pre-IPO companies to global integrators and family businesses. I have built leadership teams, worked closely with international boards, and driven companies forward through a strong vision, committed teams, and forward-looking leadership.

My trusted positions include serving as Chairman of the Board at FISC (Finnish Information Security Cluster), Board Member at AFDA (Association of Finnish Defence, Space and Aviation) and Chair of its Aviation Working Group (F-35), as well as Board Member at AmCham Finland. In addition, I have served as Business Director in the Finnish Defence Forces’ strategic partnership, building strong relationships with ministries and security authorities both in Finland and internationally – across Europe, EMEA, and the United States.

My network extends to 22 European countries, further strengthened by my certification from the European Security and Defence Academy (SERA – Paris). My leadership style is energetic, solution-oriented, and future-driven.
