I have a strong background in growth companies and over 25 years of management experience. I have worked in the insurance industry, family business, industrial product export, environmental and industrial services, service business, construction and have been involved in private equity investment for over a decade.

My background is in sales and marketing, business strategy, business development, brand building and organizational culture. Startup companies are close to my heart and I have made more than 60 acquisitions and worked with four different private equity companies with successful exits. I also serve on the board of private equity firms.
