I have nearly 30 years of experience in HR leadership positions, primarily in global Finnish and international publicly listed companies across various industries (Nokia, Pfizer, Atria, Lassila & Tikanoja, Huhtamaki). As an HR leader, my approach has always been business-oriented and result-driven with a people-centered focus. Throughout my career, I have recruited hundreds of leaders and specialists in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, service business, and global packaging industries. My experience at Lassila & Tikanoja has also given me a solid understanding of the property and circular economy sectors, as well as the competence requirements these industries place on personnel.

As a full-time entrepreneur, I have concentrated on personnel assessments, career coaching, mentoring, executive coaching, and executive search. I am certified in Saville Wave & Aptitude, WorkPlace Big 5, and 360-degree assessments. In my role as an executive search consultant, I aim to match the right candidate with the right company, focusing on relevant skills, personality, and cultural fit.
