I have expertise and a strong track record in business transformation projects and creating new business both domestically and internationally. I have acquired my expertise from my roles as CEO, COO and Sales Director as well as from my board and advisor work. I have worked in both large international companies and small growth companies. My most recent position was as the CEO of a Helsinki Nasdaq listed company.

I have strong experience in the IT and Telecom industry. In addition, I have experience in real estate, finance and legal services business. I believe in the symbiosis of people and technology, and my strength is to seamlessly combine modern IT technology with the company’s culture and business. I have a strong track record of these business renewal projects in terms of both personnel satisfaction and business results.

Since autumn 2023, I have focused on executive searches and recruitment, and now I want to use my own experience and expertise to help client companies succeed in key recruitments.
