I have received extensive and solid training, experience, and leadership skills from the Defence Forces. Through my activities, I have also significantly strengthened my expertise in sports federations, organizations, and club operations.

I possess strong competence and experience in the defence industry, central and local government, the public sector, non-profit organizations, human resources management, and leadership. I am also well-acquainted with international executive searches and contacts, both through multiple recruitment processes and my own career. Vision, strategy, and leadership—as well as their planning and implementation—have been part of my daily work in previous roles.

I believe that this, together with my long-standing and robust HR experience, will now benefit both our clients and candidates.
