I have 20 years of diverse experience in service business management and development of sales, customer relationships and strategic partnerships. I have held CEO, Sales and Business Development Director positions in finance and leasing companies as well as in the automotive industry.
I strongly believe in quality, teamwork, transparent communication and promoting cooperation between different functions. These values based on honesty, responsibility, continuous development and inclusion are important to me.
From the Autumn 2024, I have focused on Executive Search and recruitments, and I am happy to utilize my versatile business expertise and create added value for my clients in matching the need for competence, values and culture and helping them succeed in their key recruitments.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
