We form a team based on the position and industry expertise
I have over 10 years of experience as HR Director at Kesko Corporation. I have been responsible for HR in trade operations, HR in Kesko’s general functions, Remuneration, Talent Acquisition and Personnel development. In addition, I am the CEO of K-Institute. In addition to HR tasks, I have worked as a chain, purchasing, development and HR manager during my career. In addition, my career has included Marketplace, SCM, IT, Business Controller, Marketing and Sales positions.
In all roles, I have experienced that success requires not only a good strategy, but also systematic implementation and leadership. But the most important thing is people, and good cooperation and atmosphere within and between teams.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
