I am a versatile expert in strategic human resource management. I have extensive experience in different areas of human resource management in both corporate and group level business development and management. My strengths are a business-oriented and solution-oriented way of working.

My work is supported by my broad view of human resources and work ability management in Finnish companies, in-depth knowledge of the earnings-related pension and financial sectors, as well as a significant stakeholder network and diverse experience in stakeholder cooperation. I have been involved in building several different mergers, which has increased my expertise in change management, co-operation procedures and the integration of corporate cultures.
