I have several years of experience in demanding HR and management tasks. Prior to SAM international, I worked as Group CHRO for Unisport-Saltex and as CEO of Unisport AS. (Construction and manufacture of sports facilities). Prior to that, I held several international HR management positions at Danfoss and Vacon Oyj (Industrial and Building Automation). My international HR career began at Accenture, supporting major global projects through change management.
I have strong experience in recruiting senior and middle management as well as supporting organizational change, the human side of acquisitions and employee engagement, especially in industries with in-house production and global presence.
My strengths are business-oriented HR, people and competence development, increasing efficiency through people. I have supported, coached and developed leaders throughout my career, and I have a strong understanding of what qualities make an effective and motivating leader, which is also essential in Executive Searches.

For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
